SCOPE
aBalados has been the document and technical manager to support the law firm, Allen&Overy – London Branch within the framework of one of the procedures initiated by foreign investors against Spain, during all the process, that were a result of a retroactive change in the regulatory framework.
Likewise, aBalados staff stood witness for their client in the oral hearing before the arbitration court at the Peace Palace in The Hague.
